Instructions for booking accommodation

1. Check, in the list of available hotels, the information about the hotels, such as the rate, check-in and check-out times, internet, etc. Choose the hotel of your choice and click on the icon:
   
2. Fill in the fields with the required information. In the "Notes" field, include everything you think is necessary. Ex.: Need crib, gluten restriction, high floor, apartment without carpet, etc.

4. You will be able to view your pre-reservation, as well as a member of the travel agency team, you will receive an email informing you that your reservation has been made and you will have 24 hours to make the payment.
5. If everything is right with your pre-booking, to make the payment click on:
   
6. Fill in your card details in the system and once payment is authorized, you will receive the booking confirmation voucher in your email.
7. Did you receive your Voucher? All right then! Enjoy your hosting!!! See you at the event!
